Got a quote to do floor and after we agreed and applied for payments plan they told me that I have to purchase materials somewhere else because they don’t have that quantity. Never recommend this place and don’t waste time with them
If I could, I would rate this place 0 stars. While the floor installation was mediocre. The way I saw an employee be treated was completely HORRIBLE to say the least! I’m never one to leave a bad review but the way this young girl was being treated was below inhuman. She looked like she was humiliated and I felt awkward just listening. Don’t recommend anyone to support or work for this business!
I called asking about remnants for a small project. When I went in, Trey assisted me for over 20 minutes, found the right piece for my project, and gave me a fantastic price. It wasn't the biggest order in the world by any means. You know when they treat their small customers just as good, the business really cares. Thank you to all who helped.
