We had a fantastic experience working with Peggy at S&H Flooring. She worked with us to decide what type of flooring would work best in the two rooms we needed to floor. S & H has just started a new order processing method so even though we were standing in the store, we could not complete the sales order. We had to go home to await an email and return the next day with our credit card and only then could we discuss installation time frame.We paid in full which included padding and installation. Only one person showed up to complete the install and I attempted to explain that our furniture was too awkward and heavy for one person. I spoke clearly to installer and twice to his supervisor but still only one person. I called our sales person and left voice messages but never got the courtesy of a return call.I ended up helping disassemble the furniture and reassembling the furniture. Because of medical condition, I am not to do such things.Did I mention the salesman has never had the courtesy to return any of my calls?
